Job Summary:
Heydlauffs Appliance, Inc. is hiring an Appliance Service Technician for our locally-owned, growing appliance dealership.
As an Appliance Service Technician, you are a key member of the team responsible for the quality and efficient maintenance and repair of appliances and other equipment. Our employees enhance our decades-long reputation for high quality sales and service, consistently showing respect and courtesy to all customers and other employees.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
 Qualifications:
  • Appliance repair experience required
  • Able to work independently, take initiative 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Strong technology skills
  • Able to walk, lift, climb, twist and kneel
