- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide range of major household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining repairs, and offering advice on appliance care and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each repair
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of appliance mechanics, electronics, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Solid communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification from a technical school is a plus.
- Sealed system capabilities, where applicable, will be considered a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to cross train on other products
